Fees are payable, in advance, on a termly basis, we will accept payment by bank transfers, cash or cheque or childcare vouchers, please see the terms and conditions for more information.
We ask that fees be paid promptly by the end of the billing period at the latest, in order for the pre-school to maintain its high standards; a charge will be made for late payment of fees.
Children will only be accepted into any given session on receipt of a deposit and fees paid. If there is difficulty in paying a bill on time then the Pre-school manager must be informed. Fees can only be waived when the child attending is hospitalised, (documented evidence may be required) or in exceptional circumstances, where the committee have been notified.
In the event of other non-attendance i.e. general illness, holidays, or local schools’ in-service days; where our pre-school still opens, fees remain payable. Continual non-attendance may result in the session/s allocated being relinquished.
In the event of the placement no longer being desired by the parent/carer, notice of four term weeks are required, and the Manager must receive written confirmation.
